Return & Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange under the 30 Day Warranty Program.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging it was received.

In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:

  1. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
  2. Request your RAN (Return Authorization Number) by emailing with your reason for return. Please include pictures or video of the product that supports your claim. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
  3. To assure your refund please use a traceable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing returned packages. (You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a full refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don't cover custom fees for returns).
  4. Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery and is not covered by our 30 Day Warranty Program.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.


    If you haven’t received a refund yet please double check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted by your bank. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


    The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning a package not under the 30 Day Warranty Program.. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


    We can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the original ordering time.Once the order has been dispatched, we can't recall it or cancel it.

    Any order cancellations made on will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of total cost of products cancelled regardless of the time elapsed from time of order purchased (even if it's only by a second) This percentage fee is due to cover our cancellation costs with our bank and payment gateways.
